Quinn Domiciliary Agency Ltd is a family-based company, Claire Henderson is the Registered Manager, and she has worked within the Care Sector for over 30 years, working within Elderly Nursing and Residential homes, Elderly Community Care, Adults with Learning Disabilities Community Homes and Children with Disabilities Respite Care.
Claire has Level 3 Health and Social Care, Level 5 Leader in Adult Care qualifications and is currently studying Level 7 Senior Leader qualification, she has completed more training, including Dale Carnegie training.
Her parents were foster carers, looking after mainstream children and children with disabilities and when her foster brother was deemed to old to live within the family home, it was decided that we would open a Supported Living business, he was and still is part of our family and he is very proud of his role in our company, as is her youngest foster brother and foster sister who also receive our services.
We work on the basis that most of our service users will remain responsible for their own affairs, providing just the right amount of support to maintain their social skills and quality of life.
